  1. Remove all wilted leaves and wash your lettuce. 2. Cut lettuce into wedges, leaving the hard stem attached. 3. Place wedges directly on grill or gas burner. 4. Cook over high heat until fully charred. 5. Remove from the heat with tongs and plate. 6. Add cooked bacon, flank steak, or veggies of your choice. 7. Top with blue cheese crumbles and dressing.
